INVESTOR BRIEF · PARTNER INVITATION
A conglomerate whose parts make each other cheaper.
Most portfolios are a hedge: seven bets, seven teams, seven chances that one works. This is a machine. Every company runs on infrastructure the others built, so each new launch starts further along than the last, and the whole group gets stronger every time any single part of it does.
01
Why this is one instrument, not seven bets
CN Solar Labs is founder-controlled and was built in sequence, deliberately. Nothing here was acquired. We built the deployment layer, the correlation layer, the coordination layer, and the distribution arm as products with their own markets, then ran every one of them internally before selling it to anyone else.
The effect is structural. Scaley hosts the group. RACD watches it. Continuum coordinates it. Gravity Lock puts it in front of operators who pay for it. Every hour spent hardening one of those improves the unit economics of all seven companies at once, and lowers the cost of the eighth before it exists.
The seventh company cost a fraction of the first. That is not an efficiency story. It is the investment case.
02
What we have built
Six of the seven are in market and serving customers today. The seventh, RACD, is in active research: the hardest problem we have taken on, and the one with the largest surface if we get it right. Scaley was load-bearing inside the group long before an external customer ever touched it, which is the only kind of dogfooding that proves anything.

FOUNDED IN-HOUSE

Zero acquisitions. Every company started here.
LIVE IN MARKET

RACD, the seventh, is in active research.
CONTROL
Founder
Concentrated ownership; decisions do not route through a committee.
Valuations across the books have been growing, and the group has raised from investors who understood the substrate argument before it was visible from the outside. We publish direction rather than figures here, deliberately. Valuation history, cap table, revenue, and company-level metrics are shared under NDA with qualified investors, on request.
03
Where new capital goes
Capital raised at the parent level is deployed against the substrate first and the two research-grade opportunities second. In rough order of allocation:
- ▸RACD: correlation research and the engineering to make deterministic alarms a product rather than a paper. The largest surface in the group and the hardest problem we have taken on.
- ▸Scaley: completing the portable deployment platform so that the developer experience of the last decade stops being available only inside one billing relationship.
- ▸Continuum: shipping the graph-native coordination layer that already runs our own delivery, to teams outside the group.
- ▸Gravity Lock: expanding the partner intake that turns all of the above into revenue, one operator at a time.
- ▸Consensus: extending the belief corpus: a conviction-weighted, outcome-resolved record of what people expect to happen, which cannot be reconstructed after the fact.
04
What we look for in an investor
We are selective in the same way we expect you to be. The people who have done well alongside us share a few traits.
- ▸Comfort with a holding structure. If you need a single-product story to underwrite, this will frustrate you and we would rather say so now.
- ▸Patience for research-grade timelines on RACD, alongside operating-grade discipline everywhere else.
- ▸A network among operators, infrastructure buyers, or energy allocators. The introductions matter more to us than the marginal cheque.
- ▸Directness. We will tell you what is not working; we expect the same in return.

Partner with Gravity Lock
Separate door, different terms. Gravity Lock takes on a small number of operating businesses each quarter and is graded on one metric: whether those businesses grow. We enter at the point of highest obvious value and lowest friction, usually a website that actually converts at no cost to you, and expand only as each step pays for itself.
Ordering. The app. Inventory, staffing, forecasting. The automation layer that takes three salaried roles off the payroll and hands them back as margin. Every rung is independently worth its price. By the time it is your whole stack, it is because nothing else came close, not because leaving got expensive.
Our success is defined by the success of our partners. If you do not grow, we have failed, and we will say so.
